Holiday Home Roseneck

This is a cozy holiday home in a row of terraced houses, with numbered parking spaces. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the city center and around 20 minutes to the ferry. The side street makes it very quiet, and the terrace is nice. Inside, it’s nicely furnished, with excellent Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, a big couch, and a great shower. The landlord is very friendly, and I didn’t expect the call after we left to ask how we’d liked the stay. There were quite a few mosquitoes because there are no fly screens, so it’s best to keep the windows shut. The satellite dish was very affected by rain and wind, and reception was poor. We could hardly watch ZDF. The bedroom window looks straight onto the parking lot, so you hear every car coming and going. The deep cleaning could be better: lots of dust and dead mosquitoes in corners, plus little spiders on the walls. Still, I’d recommend the holiday home.
