Das Hotel Nolting in Esens war für ein paar Tage genau richtig. The breakfast buffet was really tasty, and everyone was so nice. Everything was tip-top. We’d gladly come back and can warmly recommend it.

The rooftop terrace is a real highlight, and the breakfast buffet had lots of delicious options. Mrs. Nolting was incredibly kind and helpful, and we felt right at home. Our room was cozy, modern, and spotless, a lovely place to relax. Nothing to complain about, and we'd happily return.

We only left because the room had already been booked by someone else, otherwise we would have extended our stay. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice, and both the room and breakfast worked perfectly for me despite my allergies. The hotel was modern, beautiful, very clean, and especially welcoming for children. Ms. Nolting is such a lovely person. Best hotel I've ever seen, I'd give it even more stars if I could! 😁
