Pension Nordlicht

We felt right at home in the apartment. It was comfortably furnished and had everything we needed. The hosts were so welcoming and quick to take care of any requests. Breakfast was fantastic, and we’d happily come back.

The room was spotless, neat, and the bed was a good size and very comfortable. I stayed from December 8th to 9th, and the owner was welcoming throughout. There wasn’t a buffet, which makes sense with only one or two guests, but he put together a breakfast with plenty of everything. I’d gladly stay here again and can wholeheartedly recommend the guesthouse.

I liked it so much I added another weekend to my stay. The guesthouse is a five-minute walk from the town center, and Bensersiel is ten minutes away by bike. My room was clean and comfortable, and the young owner gave me a really warm welcome. I felt completely at ease there, and the breakfast buffet had lots to choose from.

Pension Nordlicht is small and cozy, and we felt genuinely welcome. We booked late in the afternoon on a whim so we’d have a short walk to the ferry terminal the next morning. The phone reservation was very friendly, and they warmly greeted us and took care of our requests when we arrived. They even gave us tea for a small breakfast before our 8:30 a.m. departure. Thank you! We’d love to stay again if we’re in the area.
