The apartment is spacious and nicely designed, in a great spot in the city centre. Shops, restaurants and public transport are close by, and the pedestrian zone is quiet at night. Cleaning could have been better: there were stains on the bedside table, crumbs on a dining chair, and hair in the bathtub drain. The outside of the windows was extremely dirty and dusty. There were no spare garbage bags or instructions for disposing of rubbish. The closet had hangers but no shelves.

The welcome gift was a nice touch, and the internet worked. The room seemed clean, though it had the feel of an apartment rental, with wear on the floor and walls. There was no elevator. Finding the place was difficult, especially arriving at night. I was told the area was okay, though a bit farther north and more dangerous. The stay was completely overpriced, which is why I gave it a low rating. Would I go back? Not at those prices, and perhaps I'd choose another area.

They never sent the check-in instructions because of technical problems, so I was left waiting outside the door for 45 minutes. The worst check-in experience I've had, and the customer service was awful. Better avoid this place.

The Wi-Fi didn't work either. The entry code they sent was wrong, and we waited outside the room for more than an hour before support wrote back.
