I was in Germany for work and stayed at their building on Pliensaustraße 10 for seven weeks. It wasn’t a good experience. The temperature was impossible to control, and one washer and one dryer served five apartments. They only held a few clothes at a time, and drying that small load took forever. The internet was supposed to be “so strong your coffee will wake up,” but it didn’t work at all for my first couple of weeks. I called and they fixed it briefly, then it stopped again. The next time, I called three times in one day before anyone answered. After I contacted my company, it suddenly worked reasonably well for the rest of my stay. A cleaning visit was meant to happen every 14 days. During all seven weeks, they came just once to change the sheets and leave two towels. What bothered me most was being expected to clean the apartment before leaving, despite them not keeping up with the cleaning, and being threatened with a €500 fee. That’s absolutely insane.

Walid was especially helpful throughout the whole process, from booking through moving in and out, and the MAVO team was responsive and professional. They made everything smooth, including check-out, and went out of their way to meet our needs. Our furnished apartment was spotless, comfortable, and nicely appointed, with everything we needed for a short or longer stay, including kitchen basics and reliable Wi-Fi. It really felt like a home away from home. I’d highly recommend MAVO to individuals or companies looking for a furnished apartment and good service.

I’ve been staying in this apartment for over a month, and I’m really glad I chose it. It’s in a great spot for getting to restaurants and public transportation quickly. Walid from the management team has been helpful, easy to work with, and quick to respond whenever an issue comes up. I’d recommend the apartment to anyone looking for somewhere convenient and cozy to live.

The rooms are pretty good, and the location near the Neckar and Mark Platz is nice. Just be prepared for hefty fines if you break something or leave your key inside the room.

Everything was ready to go when we arrived, and the accommodation was excellent. Walid, Elsbeth, and the rest of the MAVO team were great to deal with.
