The place has a lot going for it: nice rooms, a swimming pool, sauna, fitness area, massage, restaurant, and drinks. But it misses something. It was very warm in the room and around the hotel. There was something in the room that seemed to be air conditioning, but it didn’t do much. The staff could use an extra smile and a bit more service. We were in a room above the restaurant, and getting to the pool and other facilities meant going outside and then into the main building, which wasn’t ideal.

After a long night of driving, being allowed to check in several hours before the usual time was a huge help. We were also surprised and grateful to find a bed and water bowl for our dog. Great hotel, and thanks to the staff!

The spa and fitness area were so relaxing, and breakfast was generous and delicious. The location is excellent, the staff are very kind, and the room has everything you need. I can highly recommend this hotel. Thanks!

I loved the spa area, such a lovely place to unwind. The beds are large and really comfortable, and the renovated bathroom is beautiful 😍

6/10
The staff are friendly and helpful, and housekeeping comes every day. There’s also an indoor pool, gym, and sauna. Still, this feels more like a three-star hotel. The rooms are quite small, though they look refurbished. There are no key cards, just one physical key even for two people, and the rooms don’t have an iron or coffee machine. Breakfast is typical German.
