Apartment Villa Schwanenteich

Groot Stuv is very easy to recommend. We stayed from April 8th to 13th, 2026, and loved the apartment's warm, carefully furnished interior. It has lots of lighting, a superb box-spring bed, and a large bathroom with a washing machine. Everyday supplies are provided, including dishwasher and washing machine pads, soap, shower gel, and shampoo. We were also welcomed with tea bags, wine, jam, and a sweet treat, and there was a coffee pod machine with some pods. If you'd rather have a regular coffee maker, mention it when booking or arrange an exchange with the office in the building. It's centrally located near the town center, many restaurants, and a well-stocked EDEKA supermarket.

The view over the swan pond is superb, and the town center is less than a five-minute walk away. We felt very well looked after, with landlords who were friendly, accommodating, and attentive to what we needed. We haven't stayed in an apartment this stylish and clean in a long time. We'd love to come back.

Villa Schwanenteich was such a lovely place to stay. The owners were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and we’d happily recommend them. It was our first visit to Fehmarn, and we were thrilled. We’ll definitely come back.

We’re staying in the little ground-floor apartment now, and it’s been a delight. It’s furnished with so much care and such good quality, and the location is hard to beat. Many thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Thelosen for being such friendly hosts.
