There was no willingness to compromise at all over the accommodation ban during the coronavirus crisis. He insisted on charging the full price and suggested we could get a negative test, ignoring that testing two people would have cost over €200, an absurd amount for a four-day holiday. On top of that, every testing slot was already taken. It felt like money mattered more to him than any human understanding. Never again. I have to give at least one star, though it would definitely be zero.
