Ferienhof Kähler

The internet through the powerline adapter was sometimes slower than we'd have liked for streaming, though of course nobody can control that and not everyone needs it. Otherwise, we felt completely at ease and are grateful for everything. We'll be back! The Kähler holiday farm is quiet despite being on a road. From Apartment 1 on the top floor, we had a wonderful view over the spacious, beautifully kept garden, the distant windmills, and the sunset. Our contact with the Kähler family was warm and easy from the first phone call through departure. The apartment was lovely, clean, and well maintained, with so much attention to detail: blackout blinds on every bedroom window, mosquito nets on all the key windows, a bouquet of flowers, a bottle of water, and homemade jam on arrival, plus a bag of granola bars at the door when we left. The kitchen was fully equipped, even with spices and plenty of dishwasher tablets. The beds were already made, there were lots of towels, and the kitchen had tea towels, a sponge, and dish soap, so we could settle in and relax straight away. There was loads for the children, too. The garden had a big sandbox with climbing and sliding features, a large trampoline, a nest swing, and football goals. On rainy days or in the evening, we went to the play barn, where even we adults had fun with billiards, air hockey, foosball, and table tennis. The kids had a play area with a mat, Duplo blocks, building blocks, and farm vehicles. A dream for my boys!
