In summer, the apartment gets much too hot, and it was hard to sleep well. Adding curtains in every room alongside the pleated blinds could help keep the heat out during the day. We’ll try for a ground-floor apartment in the building next year. It’s otherwise a lovely modern place, tastefully furnished and in a prime spot near the south beach and the town center, about 1.5 kilometers away.

The location was good, but we could hear a lot through the house. Some parts of the apartment weren’t clean, and the pillows could do with replacing.

The agents were very friendly, and the holiday apartments were furnished really well. It’s an ideal base for exploring the island by bike or car.
