Hotel Restaurant Burg-Klause

Really nice hotel, with great food and friendly staff. It's pet friendly, though Booking hadn't made it clear when we booked that we needed to request a room specifically for dogs. The lady was kind enough to change our room. The spa being included was a nice extra too. If you get the chance, it's worth a visit. ✨🌊🐾

The restaurant food was amazing. I recommend the tuna tartar with fresh mango and cucumber, one of the best tartars I've had, and the beef carpacio, too. The fish and Black Angus were extraordinary. Breakfast was really rich and special, with plenty to choose from. We initially booked a regular double room, but we liked its colors and style so much that we added another day. The hotel was clean everywhere, from the bathrooms to the restaurant. It's family friendly, with calm, nice colors, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant. The sauna facilities were clean and professional. Our masseur was sick, which was unlucky, but it wasn't a big deal. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back.

The restaurant food was good, though a bit pricey. There are two saunas, no pool, and the staff were mostly friendly. But our room smelled of cigarette smoke throughout our stay. There was a smoking area right outside next to our room, and guests in other rooms smoked in their own areas too. I expected more thought to go into the layout or room assignment. It was alright, but I expected more and wouldn't choose this place again.

Big rooms, a good breakfast, and everything was very clean. It's a cozy, funky hotel, and the staff are super friendly. The 24/7 opening was an extra bonus since we needed it. Excellent service! :-)
