We had lovely views of nature on the Herzogenhorn-Runde and Feldbergsteig trails, both easy to reach from the hotel. The location suited our hiking trip perfectly, and we had fantastic weather during our few days there in May. The staff were really friendly and greeted us personally each morning at breakfast. They were patient while we tried out a little German too.

We liked it so much that we extended our stay. The balcony view was amazing, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was really nice. There are several great hikes nearby, and although we arrived late in the evening, we were welcomed warmly without any problem. The hosts are incredibly friendly. I’d definitely recommend the place!

The owners were lovely and went out of their way to make guests happy. The rooms are basic, but the bed was very comfortable and the balcony view superb. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Such a lovely stay, and I’m likely to come back :-)

The family running the place were very helpful with our late check-in and gave us tips for exploring. It was easy to find and the rooms were very clean. There’s no Wi-Fi in the room, and it felt quite small for the price, but overall we had a good stay.
