I didn't stay at the hotel, but it looks handy for a stop during a long drive. It's right by the Autobahn and easy to reach, with plenty of parking. There's a gas station, McDonald's, and Coffee Fellows next door, so you have the basics around you for a stopover.

The location by the highway is easy to reach, and it was very quiet. The hotel was clean and has an elevator. The bed, pillows, and duvet were lovely, and both the room and bathroom were a good size for two. It was too warm in the room, though, and we couldn't leave the window open for long.

There's plenty of parking and getting off the motorway is easy. Using the toilet costs Euro1, but the ticket can be redeemed at the service shop, which has a good range of snacks and essentials. McDonald's is on the same side of the services, though prices are higher than usual because of the location. The burger was decent and the hot chips were great.

Watch out at the Serways ‘restaurant’. They list a drink at 2.99 EUR but charged me 3.49 EUR, and the ‘chicken-add-on’ was advertised for 2 EUR but came to 2.99 EUR. I asked specifically about the options, yet they still charged the higher prices. Feels like they're taking customers for a ride.

In the men's toilet, only one of the four locking toilets was working, so there was a queue. They said the water wasn't working. It wasn't very sanitary, and the single toilet that was working was marked as "self cleaning" but didn't seem to clean itself. The entrance gates need improving too. When I came out, I saw an elderly lady crawl under the gate to avoid paying.
