The rooms are small, but nice, and the place feels cozy. There’s no reception here, so you have to walk about three minutes to the main Vital hotel to check in and out. You can use all the facilities there, though.

The hotel grounds were a treat, with apple trees, unusual sheep, quiet paths, and fresh air, plus attentive service. We stayed for two nights to see Dinkelsbuhl, which was only a few minutes away by car. I’m glad we picked this Meiser property. Dinner was excellent, the cocktails were fancy, and the breakfast buffet was lovely.

A peaceful stop just off the main road, and the price was affordable. Breakfast was delicious and served at the restaurant next door. I’d happily recommend it.

The apartment was clean, and the staff were friendly. There was a booking mix-up, but I ended up with an apartment and a massage at no charge, which was very generous. The spa, food, and cakes were excellent. It’s only 150 meters to the spa. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and I highly recommend it.

There’s plenty of parking right by the house, and the price felt fair for what you get. The rooms are charmingly decorated in a slightly old-fashioned country style and very well kept. It’s a quiet spot, though the building is also used for weddings. We didn’t hear anything, but you may want to ask about that. This is a branch of the Meiser Resort here in town, probably the original main house. Check-in and the restaurant are at the resort. One thing to watch: breakfast for hotel guests costs a fair €10 per person, not the €28 listed on the website.
