The bed was uncomfortable, the furniture was old and crammed into the room, and the TV looked like it was from the 90s. There wasn't a bathroom at all. Far too expensive for somewhere like this, and they didn't accept cards.

The room was clean, but the heating was very weak. It was cold at night and in the morning.

This has to be one of the most uncomfortable rooms I've booked in years. I must have missed the description saying the bathroom was shared by three rooms with up to eight people. The room has the most basic furniture, just a chair, table, bed, and wardrobe, and not even a trash can. It was very clean when I arrived, but the feather pillows caused me severe problems, so it's unsuitable for anyone with allergies. There was no cleaning during my three-day stay, and they were very inflexible about last-minute booking changes. Why would they be, I guess? It might do for one night if you're desperate, but you don't have to stay here. In my opinion, it's not worth the price.

The staff were friendly, though reception is only staffed after you call, and the rent is very reasonable. It's also handy for the S-Bahn and nearby bakeries. I stayed in the annex, which was simple and clean. The bathroom seems to have been renovated so recently that it has no soap dish or shower head holder, though hot water comes through right away. The regular heating is too weak for the L-shaped room, but an electric heater can supplement it. A large glass door opens to the garden and gives good ventilation through the small veranda, so the room was well aired when I arrived. It isn't soundproof, so light sleepers should avoid this guest room.
