8/10
The rooms feel a little outdated, and the shower drained so slowly that it was quite unpleasant. I managed to overlook that, though. Staff were friendly, prices were good, and the breakfast was the best I've had at a guesthouse, all fresh and excellent quality.

The rooms were okay, and it's a classic guesthouse. The restaurant wasn't open in the evening. There was no information about taxis, buses, or trails. I'd recommend it for experienced hikers, since they don't help beginners.

I had a reservation but arrived late, at 22:30, and the hotel was closed, so I couldn't check in. I regret missing the chance to stay there, and will definitely book it again when I'm near Munich next time. Thanks to the nice gramma at reception for helping me cancel the booking. It was so sweet. We didn't speak each other's languages, but somehow understood one another, even though we don't speak German and you don't speak English!
