The staff made our stay especially enjoyable. Everyone we met, from reception and the restaurant team to the managers, was friendly, professional, attentive, and made us feel welcome and looked after. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, and we had a great time there. Food from all the restaurants was fresh and tasty, while the bar had excellent cocktails and drinks. The spa was amazing and relaxing for adults, with a dedicated area that was also great for kids. We'd happily return!

It’s dog friendly, too. I've stayed in plenty of five-star hotels in Asia, so I feel I know quality when I see it. This is simply on par with the best in Bangkok, Hanoi, and Singapore. You have to experience it to understand.

The breakfast buffet was probably the best I've ever had!!!! Check-in service was excellent, with staff even parking the car, and the service throughout the hotel was 10/10. Our room was spacious, with a great shower area, minibar, and a nice harbor view. Pre-dinner drinks were enjoyable, and the wine selection was good. Dinner disappointed me overall. The goat cheese starter was bland and really just a salad, personal dislike aside, and the salmon main course was overcooked. The food didn't surprise or wow me the way I'd imagined a Michelin restaurant in the same building might. The spa was pleasant and had a bar, though the sauna is nude-only and the water temperature is moderate rather than hot. The gym is a boxing ring, a treadmill, and dumbbells, not much, but okay.

We felt so well looked after. When the staff heard it was our wedding night, they upgraded us to a suite for free and left a handwritten card. The hotel has amazing facilities, and Johana Markowski deserves special thanks for making the stay extra special.

The dining was truly exceptional, and the atmosphere was stunning. From the warm welcome to the service, every detail felt perfect. The service was incredible too. Can't wait to come back!
