The apartment itself is nice, but the price feels hard to justify with that much noise. It’s right by the market, with around 100 outdoor tables outside the window, apparently limited to that number because of corona. People were noisy until 5 a.m., and from 7 a.m. the deliveries, street sweepers, and other activity started up. It seems suited to Mallorca tourists who drink until 5 and then fall into bed.

It’s in a very central spot, but there’s a lot of street noise at night. Smokers outside the pubs shout and scream.
