Communication felt very unprofessional and unreliable, and the booking fell through. After booking through the website listed here, I immediately received several emails asking for payment, but no invoice or booking confirmation. The payment request didn't say how much was due or give the booking dates. Everything was to be handled over WhatsApp. When I politely asked questions and raised concerns, I didn't get a welcoming response. Instead, my booking was canceled straight away. I couldn't have paid even if I'd wanted to, since I didn't know the total, including bedding and final cleaning.
