We stayed here with the kids and would definitely come back. They loved the place, and the German breakfast was tasty with plenty to choose from. The staff were wonderful, always listening and ready to help with a smile. The hotel was new, comfortable, nicely decorated, and well kept. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed. Since we had a car, getting to all the places we wanted to visit was easy.

No elevator, so you'll need to be able to manage the stairs. The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms are modern, spacious, and well equipped. It's quiet despite being in a business area, and easy to get to. I recommend it for business trips or short family visits.

We arrived with our three children after a long drive, hoping to check in at the property because the website wouldn't let me finish the booking, although it looked like there might be availability. There was no reception, just mailboxes with keys. I tried to book again from the car, then a woman came out and shouted in a very harsh tone that there was no room. Right after that, two men also aggressively shouted at us to leave. They spoke only German and not a word of English. I couldn't tell if they were staff or guests, but the way we were treated was extremely rude and unpleasant. The neighborhood also felt unsafe and neglected, with old trucks and a rundown shop nearby. A very disappointing, unwelcoming experience.

There wasn't anything to do nearby, though the supermarket was just a one minute walk away. The rooms were pleasant and the bed was good. A nice option for a night or two if you need to be near Therma Erding or the airport.

The owners gave us a very friendly welcome. The rooms are new and very clean. The hotel is in a small industrial zone, but it's close to the Autobahn.
