In winter we spent five weeks without heating or hot water for showers. He also came into the rooms without permission. I was allowed to stay for a few months without a lease, then he made a contract just for the job center and charged me €600 including utilities for nothing. The tenants' association said I was right to reduce the rent. He collected money and issued a false rental certificate. He took all my things from the room, damaged the door, and vandalized everything inside. He still won’t return my belongings, and now wants €900 for them. My letters and pictures of my daughter are among the things he has. A piece of trash. God help me, something will be done about this.
