Hotel Polonia - Frankfurt-Oder

My wife Viktoryia was very happy with the cleanliness and the overall quality of the hotel. She speaks neither English nor German, so she had some trouble with day-to-day tourist life outside. Vladimir on the hotel staff was exceptionally helpful on several occasions, including helping her buy a railroad ticket. He went beyond his direct responsibilities and put the clients' wellbeing first. I’d like to thank him and recommend the hotel for its attention to clients’ needs.

The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well equipped. For a late check-in, just let them know and they’ll send you the keybox code. If you leave early, you can simply put the key back in the box.

The location worked perfectly, about 10 minutes from the main station, and the staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel was clean and the hospitality was great. Breakfast was delicious each morning in the cafeteria on the ground floor. I had a more than great stay and would recommend it to couples and families. I’ll definitely come again!

I loved the nostalgic decor, and hope we’ll stay again. We were cycling home to Poland from the German coast, and when the campsite we’d planned on wasn’t suitable, we found hotel Polonia along our route. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were very helpful. They let us keep our bikes in the cellar and store our luggage the next day so we could explore the city on foot. A big thank you to the staff, we really appreciated it.
