Garner is close to both the U-Bahn and S-Bahn, so getting around was easy. Breakfast was excellent, and the complimentary biscuits at reception were a nice touch. The room price was great, and we loved how clean, spacious, and comfortable the rooms were. The heater worked perfectly too. My wife and I stayed seven days and would happily come back again and again. A special hats off and five big stars to the Indian lady at reception, though I'm sorry I can't remember her name. She was professional, kind, and welcoming. We arrived in Frankfurt at -4°C, exhausted and hungry, and she arranged an early check-in and made us feel at home right away. Truly amazing service!
8/10
The room was nice and the location was great, with a supermarket five minutes away and plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were consistently kind and helpful, and the room was very good value. I would've liked a kettle in the room, though you can get hot water in the lobby.
8/10
A quiet spot and a pleasant hotel for a few days. The rooms are clean and tidy, though they don't feel very new. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent, just without a huge selection.
10/10
Jonas was super sweet and helpful, always with a smile. The location is very close to the main metro area. The rooms were really clean, and there's a good lobby with snacks and drinks available around the clock, plus breakfast. The lobby itself is open 24 hours. I'd definitely come back next time I'm in Frankfurt. Not sure why this place doesn't have higher reviews.
10/10
The breakfast had both sweet and savory food, which made it really good. Trams were only three minutes away, and there was a Rewe supermarket right nearby. The room was really clean and the location was great. Customer service was helpful too. It was a great experience, and I'd definitely stay again.
