The workers remodeling the third floor kept going late into the night, so sleeping early was impossible unless you had a hearing impairment. Even with the mess and noise, I picked this hotel for another night after my first two because the staff I met were friendly and went out of their way to help. Their customer service made the stay very pleasant and made up for the disruption. I recommend the hotel for that reason.
4/10
The staff were lovely, though they had limited options for addressing the problem. Even after the refit, noise still carries between rooms and the hallway. They need soundproofing in the hallway and on the doors.

Lukas was the reason I’m leaving a review. We arrived late and triggered the no-show policy, so our room had been cancelled. He stayed calm and friendly through a stressful situation, took charge and quickly found a solution by offering us several options. Lovely service.

For the price, it’s really worth it. The place was clean and in a decent location, though the walls were sometimes too thin and you could hear a lot. The shower is simple and might feel cramped if you need more room.

We were happy with the place despite seeing some bad reviews. It’s more hostel-style, but what would you expect at this price?
