We had six people in the apartment, and it was fairly clean and well equipped. The kitchen is tiny, but worked for us, and there was always hot water. We were on the first floor, where traffic noise from the street was quite noticeable. The windows reduce it somewhat, but you can still hear some noise when they close. There are radiators in the rooms, and while there's no air conditioning, the weather was cool most of the time so it wasn't an issue. We had a washing machine and drying rack, and there's a bakery downstairs for fresh pastries in the morning. Just check its opening hours. Parking needs to be reserved in advance. Reception is open for very limited hours and may not have anyone available to help, though they usually respond if you call.

We were a big group of about 40 people and stayed for just under a week. The apartments were beautiful and comfortably furnished, with everything we needed. It really felt like a home away from home, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend it and stay again. The staff handled everything easily and were always there when we needed them. They were also very, very kind, which was such a welcome surprise.
With a bakery downstairs, a supermarket nearby and the tram stop right outside, the location made getting around easy. The city centre was about 10 minutes away by tram. We stayed at V7 Boutique Appartements for four nights with our three kids and had a wonderful time exploring Freiburg and the surrounding area. The apartment was modern, spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining area. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. We'd definitely recommend V7 Boutique Appartements for a relaxing, convenient stay.
I've been back several times, and I can only repeat what I said before: a perfect stay. The apartments are great, and the staff are very friendly. Shops and places to eat are close by, including a supermarket, restaurant and bakery. It's within walking distance of the city centre, or under 10 minutes by tram. We'll come back again.
Our double room was huge and beautiful, and everything was spotlessly clean. We were surprised by how well the kitchen was equipped, with cutlery, salt, pepper, sugar and a few pans. We found absolutely everything we needed for the stay. The staff were super friendly. We arrived just in time and unexpectedly met the person who'd prepared the room, who was a great help. The hotel is near two S-Bahn stations, so getting back after a long day in the city was easy.
