We were given a pretty poor room on the third, service floor, and there was no lift. It was very average, though I can’t speak for the other rooms. No kettle for coffee either. Disappointing.

Disappointing that the operators never replied to my two emails to Eibe. I was travelling by train and wanted to know before check-in whether I could leave my luggage there at 10 a.m. so I could go straight to the garden show without carrying it. It’s a shame they didn’t bother responding. That’s not the kind of service I expect.

A total letdown. The room was badly worn, with tired carpeting, broken lamps, a TV that barely worked and an empty shower gel container. There was no real service, and breakfast was poor too: cold eggs from the previous day’s fridge and rubbery bread rolls. I don’t think I’ll book there again.

The restaurant was really good, with delicious food and a great atmosphere where you feel comfortable. We had some trouble with the TV connection dropping out, but the hotel itself was still very nice. We’ll definitely come back! :D
