The apartment was lovely, very clean and tastefully decorated, with plenty of storage and everything we needed. Shops are all easy to get to. The roof terrace doesn't look out over the city, and the parasol is broken. The skylight is hard to open, and the apartment is quite noisy because of the heavy traffic on the street below.

This apartment is a great starting point for hikes in the Bavarian Forest. We could wash our hiking clothes every day with the washing machine and provided detergent, and free underground parking meant no searching for a city center spot. The location is excellent, with its own elevator, a bakery and Edeka on the ground floor, and a cinema just one elevator ride away when there's a good movie on. We enjoyed evenings on the terrace or playing on the PlayStation. Highly recommended!

Several lovely circular hiking trails start right outside, and the Bayerwald team are reliable, professional, friendly, and easy to deal with. The apartment is spotless, tastefully done, high quality, and has a very comprehensive set of amenities. It's right in the center of town but still peaceful, so you feel relaxed and at home straight away. A supermarket, bakery and pastry shop, underground parking, restaurants and pubs, tourist information, and even a cinema are all in the building or close by. The perfect base for an easy, restful holiday. Too bad six stars aren't an option.

We stayed in the "green" apartment from October 10th to 17th, 2020, and the owners were always easy to reach if we had questions. We felt at ease as soon as we walked in. It was immaculate, thoughtfully furnished, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. The garage parking, helpful documentation, and elevator, which only worked with the apartment key, made arrival smooth. Shopping in the building stayed open into the evening, which was so convenient. Thanks again for the great service and the tip about the butcher shop around the corner. Anyone wanting top-quality pork knuckle should go there.
