The rooms are a little small, but the staff and their hospitality made that minor issue easy to overlook. The people here are amazing and really show what good customer service looks like. I’d highly recommend it if you’re meeting with a team or simply want to spend time in nature. Don’t worry too much about small inconveniences, the staff will make sure you have a great stay.

The restaurant was one of the best hotel restaurants I’ve tried in Germany, with lots of different foods and good seasoning. The rooms were comfortable too. A wonderful hotel.

4/10
It was clean, but the hotel felt pretty dated, and I wouldn’t pick it for a conference. Everything came with an extra charge. My company covered those costs, so that part wasn’t a big issue, but the whole place still felt stingy. Staff spoke very directly, without filtering themselves, and that could come across as rude or impolite. I’m sure they’re just stretched pretty thin, though.

The area is nice and quiet. The room and bed were tiny, but clean and enough for a night’s sleep. Good value for the money.

The rooms were clean, but my mattress was old and springy, and not very comfortable. There was also a cigarette smell outside the room.
