The property itself was very nice, but the playground beside the house, right by the windows, was quite noisy during the day. I was also disappointed to learn about extra deposit costs only after booking. Canceling through Booking is chargeable too, which leaves guests with very little flexibility if they disagree with the conditions. The overall experience fell short of what I expected.

The apartment had all the utilities we needed, and both the rooms and bathroom were clean. People in the other residences were friendly too. It’s a cozy place in a quiet neighborhood outside Friedrichshafen city center. The only downside I noticed was that the shower water wasn’t very hot.

The room was clean and the facilities were good, but our experience with the hosts was awful. We stayed from 21.09. to 24.09. 25, and right from the start it felt like we were being treated unfairly. My husband wasn't sent the check-in details, including the number and key information. We couldn't reach anyone, so we had to ask a friend in Germany to help. Only then were we given the entry code. After we left, the hotel called our friend with baseless claims that we'd changed the key code and threatened a fine. It was completely unwarranted. I'm sure they wouldn't have acted this way toward German guests. We left with a very bad impression.
