The apartment is very spacious, and we could park right outside. Its location also worked well for reaching the city center fairly quickly, and the landlord was very friendly. The cleaning seemed superficial in places, including the bathroom. The shower's tile grout and silicone need mildew removed, and the shower caddy was rusty and very dirty, so it should be replaced. Kitchen supplies were short for four people: just three teaspoons and generally too little cutlery, which meant running the dishwasher right away. A normal kitchen knife and a basic cutting board were missing too. The incense sticks in the living room were almost unbearable. We put them in the storage room overnight, but the next morning we thought we could smell cigarette smoke in the living room. The guest sofa was also very uncomfortable, and we expected to wake up with back pain.

The parking and bike storage were fine, but I wouldn't choose this again. I slept in a musty basement on a sofa bed, which isn't comfortable if you're tall.

The basement room was a drawback, and the toilet was awkward to use because of the sink. There weren't many kitchen utensils either. On the plus side, check-in was smooth, the apartment was almost perfectly clean, everything worked, and parking was right outside.

A bright, modern apartment with a balcony, and it had everything we needed. It was clean, parking was free, and the owners were very nice. We'd definitely return.

We really enjoyed our time in Friedrichshafen. The apartment was clean, a good size, and had what we needed. You can reach everything on foot, though it takes a bit of time, which is fine when you're on holiday. Parking outside is included in the price. We have no complaints and would happily recommend it. Thanks again!
