The view was nice, and I had a few drinks while checking out the menu at this rooftop bar. I'd noticed it after arriving in town and thought it looked like a good place to spend an afternoon. The drink selection was solid and the location appealing, but the staff could have been warmer. They did what they needed to, though a smile or friendlier manner would have improved things, especially given that this isn't one of the area's cheapest places. There were no actual problems with the visit.

I was here for a work trip and loved the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and quaint, and the restaurant food is amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The Skybar is top tier, with beautiful views over the city and lake. I can see why my company sends people here.

I went to the restaurant. The setting was nice and the staff friendly. The soup was great, and I liked the lemon sorbet, though it was too watery. My 200 gram steak was undercooked, underseasoned, came without vegetables, and had the wrong sauce. It was a good visit, just not an outstanding one.

I spent two nights here with my wife during a very hot spell. Of the three hotels on my two-week trip, this one had the best-working air conditioning and kept us cool. As a North American tourist, I didn't realize the blinds had to be fully closed for the AC to start. The room was very clean, and the shower pressure was strong. Front desk and restaurant staff were polite, professional, and very helpful about my limited German. Breakfast had lots of options and was excellent. I highly recommend the hotel.
