Apartment 7 was clean and well furnished, and getting in with the key safe was simple. The town is very quiet, but it feels dead: there's no pharmacy, no access to the water, and hardly any restaurants. There is a good fish and chips place at the harbor. If you're after a beach, you'd be better off booking in St. Peter-Ording or Büsum.

We stayed for 8 days with two children and a large German Shepherd, and our place was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was nice and polite, and if we needed something, we just asked. No problem. We coordinated with the other tenants about who would take their dog out of the building first, to avoid a cacophony in the hallway, and it worked perfectly. The playground across the way was great for the kids. We can't agree with the experiences shared here. Just a note: the manager only handles the apartments, and each one has a different layout and furnishings based on its individual owner's taste. What goes around comes around.

We stayed in apartment 21. It was perfect and had everything you need.

The landlords were unfriendly. If we could, we'd give this apartment ten stars less. We've never experienced anything like it. We booked because the listing said pets were allowed, and since no pet type was specified, we assumed a dog would be fine. When my wife arrived with our dog, she was told to leave the next day. The reason given was that they didn't want a dog like that, a German Shepherd, there. Dogs aren't allowed on the property either, and the owners' behavior wasn't good. We can't recommend the apartment. The management will, of course, blame the tenant again, and as usual, they're writing untruths. The accommodation should be glad we aren't suing for the costs this whole thing caused us. Stay away; we don't recommend it at all. Unfortunately, all the negative reviews are true without exception.
