The apartment is on the first floor, so be ready for stairs, but the big rooftop terrace is a great place to sit in the evening and wind down. We only stayed one night while passing through from Frankfurt on our way home, with time to look around Fritzlar. The hosts were very nice, and the apartment was roomy and lovely, with everything we needed: a stove, washing machine, dishwasher, and even a freezer. You can park in the courtyard, with a few more spaces out front. A short walk takes you to the town center, and the graue Turm is just around the corner. It would suit a longer stay too.

The landlord was nice, and the apartment was great. I'd definitely recommend it!
