A serious incident happened during my stay, and I felt management handled it unfairly. I was left feeling isolated and unwelcome instead of supported and protected as a guest. The way things were handled also gave me the impression I was being treated differently from others. I can't know for sure why certain decisions were made, but it left me wondering whether bias played a part. The customer service and management response were far below what I expected. I won't return and can't recommend this hotel.

The thermal baths, sauna, and leisure complex are clean and thoughtfully designed, with attractive decor and good changing rooms. The basic offering is less impressive, especially in winter when several outdoor areas are closed. Massages, hamam, and similar treatments need booking well ahead. The food is okay, but don't expect Spanish, Indian, Japanese, or other cuisines that might come to mind from Sieben Welten. Even on a quiet day, finding a lounger is hard, and people block them when they're not using them, in keeping with a local stereotype that isn't entirely undeserved. It's best to avoid peak times, particularly with children.

The staff were friendly and ready to help, and the place was clean and well maintained. I liked the different interior themes, and the saunas are definitely worth visiting. The restaurant has a decent range of food. Just be aware that the showers are completely open.

**SPA:** The hotel has a good entrance into the spa. But several facilities, which aren't mentioned on the website, were in very bad shape: one pool had tiles coming off the floor, and another pool had facilities closed for technical problems. Only one restaurant was open. The pool bar was full of kids, and the bartender ate the olives for the drinks off a toothpick he then used to serve them. The lifeguard was watching a computer while kids were jumping into the pool and people were smoking. **HOTEL:** The rooms were comfortable, clean, and modern, and you can choose your pillow. Breakfast was very good. Reception wasn't always staffed, room service cost €10, and there was no priority parking near the hotel for guests paying to stay there.

The rooms are why I gave four stars. I booked a Doppelzimmer Superior listed on the Website as renovated. The room itself was nice, but the bed and pillows weren't great. The shower head was so calcified that water sprayed everywhere except where it should. There was no AC or window screen, so mosquitoes and other bugs came in within a minute of opening the windows. We were on the top floor, and it got stuffy quickly. A fan was provided, but it just pushed the hot air around and didn't help much. The reception was nice, and I liked the pool areas. The poolbar was a nice touch, though the small enclosed space got stuffy and smelly. We ate at one of the Restaurants, Asia, and the food was really good with very large portions. Breakfast was very good too. All in all, it was a nice little getaway.
