The so-called terrace was a disaster. The holiday apartment was in very poor shape and had a musty smell, like there’d been water damage. I can’t recommend it.

There were a couple of good things: the kitchen had everything we needed, and towels, linens, a washing machine, and a dryer were provided. We also had the house to ourselves for the week, which was lucky since we didn’t have to share it with anyone. The rest was a mess. The place wasn’t very clean when we arrived, and the beds were a complete disaster. One was propped on trestles, another had boards and duct tape holding it up, with broken slats, and a third was held together with a ratchet strap. The mattresses were totally worn out and need replacing. There was dirt and dust under the couches and beds, along with decorations and a dog toy, even though we don’t have a dog. Cobwebs seemed to have been left there or overlooked. The living room couch was incredibly uncomfortable, with an exposed electrical outlet right beside it.

There was plenty of space for a large family, and the apartment was clean and spacious. The cleaning staff were friendly and really helpful. We’d gladly stay again. Best wishes from South Tyrol.
