Clean accommodation matters a lot to me, and I was very pleased with how clean the apartments were. Angelika replied to messages quickly and helpfully. Even though guests are often out enjoying nature and going for walks, the apartments have everything needed for a comfortable stay. It was very warm inside at the end of October. The apartment was fine, but the window still hadn't been fixed when we left. We called about it and nobody got back to us. 🧐

We'd happily return. The owner was warm and helpful, and the place was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, and the new bathroom and toilet were lovely. There's also a huge garden and terrace, with plenty of privacy. It's about a 10-minute walk into town. The one-way street outside didn't bother us at all. A great choice if you're traveling with pets! 👍😉

Getting around was easy: the location is central but quiet, there's plenty of parking, and the guest card gives access to public transportation. Shops are about a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk away, with Grainau, Mittenwald, Riessersee, and Eibsee nearby. The neighbors were very friendly, and our hostess was exceptionally warm and welcoming. Before we arrived, she gave us excellent details about the apartment, getting in, and parking. We visit Garmisch-Partenkirchen once a year, and this is now our first choice for future stays. The house has a well-maintained, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with an open fireplace, and a dining room. There are five bedrooms for one to three people, three bathrooms with showers, a cot and stair gate, and two balconies. Outside, there's a large lawn with three sun loungers and patio furniture.
