The breakfast was okay, though it had the smallest selection of the places we stayed in Germany and cost the most. He then shouted, cursed at us, and told us to leave immediately. He threatened to charge us five times the price because it was Christmas and said we didn't know German laws. A German lawyer friend told me this was an insurance issue, not the guests' responsibility, especially with the room in that condition. When a handyman came to fix the sink, the woman wouldn't let us move our luggage to the other room and took our key, leaving the room unlocked. As we left, the man aggressively shouted at my mom never to come back while the woman laughed. If I lived in Germany, I'd absolutely sue this place.
