Nicole kindly found us a room for four days when we arrived in town without a booking. The house was lovely, she was friendly, and breakfast was ample. It's a quiet neighborhood, with an easy two-minute walk to four restaurants at the nearest edge of the walking and shopping district. Road work was going on in front of the house, with new utilities, surfaces, and parking being installed. Watching the work turned into unexpected entertainment, and the finished result will be awesome. We loved the guest house, Garmisch, and Bavaria. :)

We felt right at home at this lovely little hotel in central Garmisch. Breakfast was good, and the woman who handled breakfast and check-in was very nice and always glad to help.

The host was really nice, and the place was very clean. We had a great time there. Breakfast was so good that we're still looking for paprika cheese like the kind we had there!

A clean, cozy little pension at a good price. You get what you pay for, and it's no frills, with cash only. The street is a bit noisy, though not intolerably so. It's close to the town center, by the river.
