The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Before check-in, we asked about parking on WhatsApp, which was really convenient, and got a quick reply. Lana showed us to our room and explained what we needed to know about the room, the stay, and the guest card benefits. The kitchen has the cooking equipment you’ll need, including spices and salt. Lidl grocery is only a five minute walk away. Bring your own groceries and toiletries, and if you expect to do more than two loads of laundry, bring extra detergent. They provide two detergent pods, and dishwasher pods are also available. Highly recommend this apartment!

The team at moun10 urlaubswohnen were attentive and so friendly throughout our stay. Our apartment was modern, spotless, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We had a fantastic time and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

The mountain views and the short walk to the cable car made the location feel just right. Inside, the apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a bedroom, kitchen, and living room we really enjoyed. Ibrahim and Cesar were especially kind. A WhatsApp message was all it took when we needed something, and they replied right away. The staff were helpful and lovely throughout. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the place.

The hosts were flexible, helpful, and quick to respond, and we really appreciated that. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, clean, and very well maintained. From the balcony, which was big enough for breakfast or a morning coffee, we had lovely mountain and train views. The kids loved watching the trains, and despite being near the station, it was completely quiet with the windows shut. You’re a minute from the train and public transport, four minutes from Lidl, and within walking distance of both Garmisch and Partenkirchen centers. It’s stocked with a fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer (read manual online), and coffee machine. The shower had instant hot water all day. We loved it and will be back!

Winter sports were easy to get to from here, and the room stayed remarkably peaceful even though it faced the train station. I actually enjoyed watching the trains go past. The one thing I missed was somewhere to dry ski or snow shoes. That would be a great addition.
