The view was lovely, and our room was clean with hot water. Check-out was a frustrating mess, though. We had to leave on time to catch transport elsewhere, but no one was available to help. A woman asked us to wait ten minutes, then never returned. When we rang again, she spoke little or no English and told us to call a number. Nobody answered when we tried.

There’s also an Italian restaurant here, and the authentic food was delicious. The hotel itself is nice and cozy, with everything we needed.

Andrea made us feel so welcome throughout our five nights. She’s thoughtful and kind, and we were always glad to see her. She also speaks excellent English, which is helpful if your German isn’t strong. Our comfort room had a balcony with a stunning view. It felt cozy but still had plenty of space for my wife and me. We also found the drinks fridge downstairs really convenient. Breakfast was 16 euros per person each morning, and we thought it was well worth it. We both hope to stay here again before too long.

After a long hike, it was great to grab pommes and bier at the restaurant in Landhotel Panorama. There are lots of hiking spots nearby, and the morning views over Garmisch from up in the hills are amazing. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely come back.

The staff were lovely and had plenty of good recommendations. Our room was just the right size, with an incredible view, and the hotel was completely pet friendly. Breakfast cost extra, but we thought it was well worth it. We can’t wait to return to this spot surrounded by nature.
