The welcome was warm and attentive, and the bathroom and accommodation were both excellent. We were four people, with one sleeping in the living room, which was totally fine for just one night. We arrived after dark, then had bad weather on the day we left. Since our stay was so short, I can't really comment on the surrounding area.

Our German Shepherd was welcome, too, which was great. The place was spotless and had everything we needed, and the owners were so friendly. It was our first visit, but we booked another stay for the summer right away. Highly recommend.
