It's a five minute walk from Gerlingen station. The room was just okay. Mine was in the attic and had no fan or air conditioning. Breakfast was identical each day, and I could manage it for three days at most. I found some of the staff rude.

I've stayed in hotels around the world as a business traveler, and the front desk service here was nowhere near the standard. The staff came across as unprofessional and cold, with a don't-ask-me attitude. After leaving the country, I checked my credit card statement and saw I'd been charged twice for one night. They refused to refund that night. When I called, they said I should have returned the room key one morning because they needed to change my room. That makes no sense. I'm going to take legal action, not for the money but for moral reasons. I'm disgusted by the poor service.

A cozy traditional hotel that's been renovated, right in the middle of a pretty little town. Most of the receptionists and staff are friendly. Some rooms have kitchenettes, and it works for families too. The U6 Stadtbahn connects the area well.

It couldn't feel cozier, especially with how quiet it is. The breakfast area is lovely and opens onto the front yard. They can also prepare lunch boxes if you need to leave early :))
