The rooms and apartments feel new, and they're comfortable and nicely done. Breakfast had a good range, though there was no espresso. The staff were nice and the location was good.

The room was bright and clean, with useful extras like a bathrobe, slippers, shower gel and a bottle of water. We got a very friendly welcome, plus a free bus ticket for two people to Baden-Baden. I loved the mattress and had no back pain at all. I almost wish I could've taken it home. We were happy with our stay, and breakfast was perfectly adequate. We could eat outside, and the old town is just a 5-10 minute walk away. Parking costs an extra €5 or €9. The one drawback was our small double room, number 201, facing the front. Passing cars were loud, especially at night and early in the morning. It was fairly warm, and the window wasn't easy to open at night. Since we only stayed one night, it was fine, but a room at the back would've suited us better.
