The apartment is bright and roomy, with very good furnishings and equipment. But the farm and Gestratz are quite out of the way, so even a quick shopping trip means taking the car. The main reason for my 3 stars is that we were charged extra for our 2-year-old. That surprised us, since it isn't usually how this works, and I think the landlords should reconsider it.

The apartment was really clean, with comfortable beds and lots of room. They even had coffee pods, toys for the kids, and a booster seat. Wi-Fi, the TV, and radio all worked. It's a very nice place and easy to recommend. We'll be back.

The outdoor area is kept beautifully, and there's a lot provided: toys, a trampoline, swing, sandbox, big bathroom, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo machine, and plenty more. Still, I expected more from the landlord. The holiday apartments are lovely, but inside they feel very outdated. A new kitchen or bed, for instance, would make a difference. There seems to be potential, though some of that comes down to personal taste.

There's a big living and dining space, plus a bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds. The bathroom has both a tub and a shower, and the other essentials are there too. The holiday apartment was clean and well equipped.

Everything was furnished, clean, and comfortable, and the apartment was tidy too. I'd gladly recommend it.
