Gut Rattelvitz

We especially loved the quiet: watching the animals and listening to the trees rustle made it easy to unwind. The six apartments at Gut Rattelvitz come in different sizes, each with a covered parking spot, and the whole place feels safe and secure. Our ground-floor apartment in the middle of the building was practical and comfortable. We had breakfast outside, then spent evenings in the sauna. The big garden was lovely for reading and meditating. The healthy air helped us breathe freely and eased our headaches when we were feeling stressed. We cycled around 260 km and found lots of good food along the way. Some cycle paths were in poor condition, and a few didn't exist at all, so be ready to take detours. Gut Rattelvitz is on the west side of Rügen, near Gingst and the beautiful island of Ummanz. A real little paradise.

The big bathtub was such a treat, and the beds were spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The apartments are carefully furnished, spotless, and well kept. Gut Rattelvitz is surrounded by woods and fields, a peaceful escape from the noise and rush of everyday life. We felt right at home during our six days and are definitely coming back next year. It's easy to get around by bike and stay off the main roads. In Gingst, 3 km away, there are places to shop and eat, and the Lange and Kliewe adventure farms are nearby. The holiday home sits on its own among tall trees, with a field and a view of the Bodden. Fields, forests, and wide open spaces fill the surrounding area, and the Bodden is part of the national park. The apartment and Gut Rattelvitz are very well equipped, and ours was exceptionally clean. The property is kept in great shape. A wonderful place to spend a holiday, highly recommended.

We keep thinking about those evenings by the fireplace. The host and the whole team were so friendly, they really deserve all five stars. The place is set in beautiful countryside, with lovingly arranged rooms and very comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you need. There's also a sauna house with a relaxation area and fitness equipment, plus a big barn where kids can play on the trampoline, table football, and table tennis. Just the right place to unwind.
