The little harbor is charming, and swimming is still possible, though the nearby beach had old seaweed and dirt. It’s about a 10-15 minute walk away. The house is lovely for eight people, and there’s plenty provided, from a hot water bottle and sewing kit to a crib and clothes dryer. But you need to bring the basics, including toilet paper, soap, and dishwasher tablets. There were also several problems: the bed squeaked so much I didn’t sleep through the night, the handcart had broken tires, a wooden frame was broken, and the sauna building hadn’t been vacuumed. The grounds and parts of the interior could use a better clean, especially the baseboards, cupboard tops, and some dishes. A better view would earn it more stars. Even so, we had a wonderful time.

We spent Easter 2019 here as a group of four and really enjoyed the lovely house and its great location. The house was clean, including the fly screens. The only cleaning we had to do was the grill grates, and both were filthy, the one from the garden grill fireplace and the one from the grill in the garden shed.

This was our second visit, and we came as a group of eight for a weekend together. The cottage is nicely furnished, and the rooms are lovely, with comfortable beds.

It’s an easy walk of about ten minutes to the Baltic Sea, and a bakery and shops are easy to get to as well. The holiday home was clean and well equipped.
