Polchow is a quiet, somewhat secluded village, with only the waterfowl by Jasmund Lagoon breaking the peace. It’s still a handy base for hikes and excursions. We stayed in the charming, practical Fischerhus37, which has three apartments, two smaller and one quite large. Comfortable and highly recommended. We’ll definitely be back.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and makes a good base for visiting places nearby, including Ralswiek.

Fischerhus37 is a lovingly furnished little place with three separate holiday apartments. The Bodden lagoon is 200m away, and Glowe beach is 5km away. Highly recommended!

The fish platter was delicious and really filling. It’s a very good fish restaurant, with beautiful decor and a lovely rustic feel.
