RiKu HOTEL Göppingen worked out very well for our June 2025 stay. We could walk from the hotel to the train station in just a few minutes, and it sits beside the pedestrian zone, so shops, cafés, and restaurants are close by. The hotel has a modern look, and our room was clean, warmly decorated, and well thought out. We slept comfortably, had reliable Wi-Fi, and appreciated how calm it was after traveling or exploring. Dinner was easy thanks to the attached Barfüßer brewery and restaurant. The freshly brewed beer and regional food were delicious, and the setting was casual. We also thought the price was fair for the comfort, location, and service. The best booking rates and conditions we found were on the hotel’s official website, rather than third-party platforms. We’d be happy to stay here again.

We’ve stayed here before and plan to return. It’s a great budget hotel, extremely clean, with spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses, and friendly, helpful reception staff. Right in the city centre, it’s about three minutes from the railway station, with cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. The underground parking feels safe, and so far we’ve always found a free space. One small thing could be better: there’s nowhere to put a cosmetic bag, or to dry two used towels at once.

The attached restaurant served good food, and the staff were friendly. The room was well equipped, with a lovely powerful shower and USB charging sockets. The only downside was the view, which was just the building opposite. I also couldn’t reserve parking until after check-in because access uses the room key card, so I had to use a public car park on the first night.

I love coming back to RiKu Hotel in Göppingen. The rooms are comfortable, and the employees are always helpful. Breakfast is good quality, and there’s enough variety for a short stay. The location is ideal, close to the train station, shops, restaurants, and more.

We had breakfast as well, and it was delicious with plenty to choose from. Since there weren’t many parking spots around, we used the hotel parking lot and found it worthwhile. The room itself was clean and perfectly fine, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom did the job.
