The kids were especially sad to leave because they loved the play area downstairs. We stayed as a family of four with our dog, and everyone had a great time. The building is lovely, our apartment was roomy, clean, and nicely decorated, and the staff were super friendly. The directions were clear, and there's a parking garage across the street where you can leave the car. A multi-day pass is probably the best choice. It's also handy for the city center. We appreciated the little dog treat, though our dog couldn't have it because of dietary issues. We'd highly recommend the place and hope to return to see more of Görlitz.

The hotel is in the city center and is good, with adequate rooms. The main problem was that the electronic cards for the hotel and room doors mostly didn't work. When I made the reservation, the authorized person didn't email the door key information for use if I couldn't get in. There wasn't a receptionist I could find either. The facility also accepts guests with dogs that may bark. I told the staff, but their response wasn't satisfactory. I stayed there from 8 to 9 july.

The curtains were thick and double layered, so I could sleep until 10am, which I really appreciated. The apartment was clean and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a big bathroom. The hairdryer dried my hair without making me deaf. The kitchen had everything I needed, including coffee, a coffee plunger, and lollies. We also tried breakfast, which was simple and good quality. On Christmas Eve they served mulled wine and fruit cake, a really sweet touch. The location was excellent, halfway between the train/bus station and the old town. I loved staying here and would like to come back.
