A nice place with enough rooms for big events. It's close to Kulturbrauerei and the Neiße River.

We had a simple, clean, tidy room in the annex, with a covered terrace right outside where we could sit and enjoy the greenery in the evenings. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Villa Ephraim is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, but still central enough to reach everything on foot. There's a supermarket and tram stop very close by, and plenty of parking in the courtyard. Thanks so much, we felt very comfortable and would love to return.
